We have always prided ourselves on the excellent training that we carry out at Esprit, and see it as an important part of ensuring that our customers can provide excellent results to their customers right from the first repair. We decided that it would be great to formalise this training, and are thrilled to announce that we have now become an accredited training centre by the Institute of the Motor Industry. This means that when you receive your windscreen repair training through us you will receive certification confirming that you have reached the high standard demanded by IMI. You can then display that certification to your customers so that they know they will have their repairs carried out by an expert.
This has taken a great deal of behind the scenes work to ensure that we meet the exacting standards of IMI, so thanks to Alistair, Mike, Melissa and all the team, working together to gain this new accreditation.
