Refunds
It is possible to return items within a fortnight of purchase, with good reason. Please contact Esprit Windscreen Systems LLP before returning. Items will be returned at the purchaser’s expense, using the appropriate method of shipping.
If the packaging of your order has been damaged, please accept the material from the courier and write on the document provided that you have accepted the package subject to checking. Once you have verified that damage has occurred to an item inside the package you must call Esprit Windscreen Systems LLP.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges), you have 14 days (after the day you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. This is to give you time to inspect the goods to ensure they are what you wanted and are in good order before you use them.
If you decide to cancel your order and return the item you will receive a full refund including any standard delivery charges. You will need to return the item at your cost, returned items must be in the condition you received them i.e. complete, unused, and correctly packed using all retaining straps and other devices for securing the item, the retail packaging must also be complete and undamaged. The cancellation needs to be in writing (an e-mail will be accepted).
Warranty
We warrant to you that any product purchased will, on delivery, conform (in all material respects) with its description and be of satisfactory quality.
Entire agreement and third party rights.
These Terms (and any document expressly referred to in them) constitute the entire agreement between us and supersedes all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, undertaking or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of any contract.
We each acknowledge that in entering into a contract, neither of us relies on any representation or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these Terms or the documents referred to in them.
A person who is not party to these Terms or a contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of products through this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English Law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
